Morgan Properties - Your property manager at village place apartments is not customer service is terrible
First thing she feels she could come do whatever she wants to do. Her customer service is terrible; things she needs to be forced on, she doesn't.
I feel like we are being targeted. The hallway is always dirty, and there is marijuana smoking in the building. As soon as I hit the stairs to get to my apartment, I paid my rent at the same time every month with no issues with the late fees payment. Now I have to bring in a certified cashier's check.
I work two full-time jobs, my wife has cancer and has been in critical condition for the last month, and I explained that to her. I never had an issue with how I made my rent payment until she arrived at this property. Her name is Rasta Cuevas. I will not be renewing my lease because of her.
This property was a nice environment to live in until her arrival. I will need someone to contact me ASAP!

I'm now bringing up side issues to distract from the fact that I have probably bounced a check or had an ACH returned so now, I have to pay by certified funds. There, I fixed it for you.
