Morgan properties changed biller, effective Tuesday 09/13/2016. Try register and could not because it states that I am not found.

Tried to to go the rental office, GUESS WHAT! No one there, no matter what time of the day, you get a locked door and sign that states come back at a certain. I was told give my email address, called the day after and they say no you have to come to the rental office, Why? they have my email address to get me in the system.

Today is Thursday and I am not in the system yet. *** work again early to get to the rental office, GUESS WHAT no one there again. If you expect us to abide by the lease agreement, then what is your agreement to us? We pay other peoples water bill, now because some have washer and dryers, so now we pay their water bill.

You changed the laundry currency, it takes over $5.00 to do 1 load of laundry... Why? So I go and look at the reviews of Morgan Properties and guess what, this is normal. Is this the way of the new living?

Rental office has terrible customer service, to some think that they can have their hands on their hips and talk down to you, to some that just has a bad mouth.

Shouldn't we be able to say enough is enough and not be penalized and get out of a contract that you not fulfilling?

Maintenance: Well that's a good one, it takes up to 3 weeks to 1 thing done correctly.

So if you provide awful service and your not living up to your agreement, then why are we punished by paying a penalty fee to get out? This is supposed to be our home, your way of saying luxury living, how can this be luxury?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
