All the appliances in the previous post have been replaced with the exception of the refrigerator we're waiting to arrive. The unit has been improved completely

significant changes and improvements the staff made only 4 days later. The property manager of Princeton Estates, Ms.

Dakita Watson was very professional and polite even after my spouse and my own previous behavior and comments. Ms.Watson's management team was equally professional polite and helpful.

My spouse & I applied for a 2 bdrm unit on 02/28/17. With Princeton estates 4637 Dallas pl. Templehills, MD 20748. I was approved & the move in date was set for 03/17/18. On 03/17 we received the keys, which was then our first time having access, allowing us to finally see the unit for the first time. Upon walk though there was a flood in the kitchen from a washing machine that had significant wear & tear. Amongst many other terrible red flags a person hopes not too see on their first time in "their new home". Immediately after recieving the keys on 03/17/18 my spouse returned to the leasing office and explained what was captured on camera about the condition of the unit.

He blatantly expressed he was unsatisfied & will not move into the unit until repairs were made. Unfortunately the staff mislead him by simply saying OK no problem will have someone there on Monday to correct the issues.

We waited until today which is 03/20/18 & called them to inquire on the unit. The property manager Dakita Watson stated that they are just about to send someone to assess the issues with the apartment. Despite being stunned by the fact they have yet to even send a team to the unit, my spouse asked if they would at least prorate April's rent because of the inconvenience. The property manager of Princeton Estates Dakota Watson replied no because once you accepted the keys you agreed to accept the apartment as is.

So now let's re-cap, once my spouse (whos never rented anything in his life) expressed he & I do not want to move into the apt until changes are made the staff (Dakota Watson & Shayna doe) mislead him by saying "okay no problem " never once explaining that he should leave the keys. They never offered to refund deposit & 1st months rent.

So we finally went into the office today 03/20/18 3 days later to return the keys. Dakita Watson insisted that we're bounced by lease terms & will have to pay an additional 2 months of rent! Please someone help us we have already lost money from pre arrangements with a moving company we lost the deposit on the moving truck. We have to pay an additional fees to avoid being homeless amongst the 1600$these people are trying to Steal. Please if you have advice, regional manager number for Morgan properties anything would help guys!

Andy last but not least please avoid Morgan Properties! I have been trying to get in contact with the corporate office all day & have yet to succeed.

Please stay away from Morgan Properties!

Thanks so much Ms. Kim getting in contact with any customer service representative for Morgan Properties has been hard it has been 4 days. Morgan properties has yet to contact me & repairs has yet to be complete.

Hello again MS. Kim I want to inform you that the management staff at Princeton Estates not only corrected basically every one of my complaints.

But they also went above and beyond by replacing all appliances including a brand new washer machine and refrigerator that were waiting to arrive.

Ms. Dakita Watson and her staff was very polite and professional during my walk through despite my previous behavior and comments.Thank you for reading!

I have so many more photos and videos it was truly disgusting! We never moved into the unit!
