From someone that has been in customer service for 6 years now and also in the SAME INDUSTRY it is a shame how rude and neglectful the so called assistant property manager Teresa at Willow run is. It is embarrassing to have her as the face of your company.

Something that should have been a simple fix has now turned into something much much greater and I AM going to go to the full extent with this. Upon many things the last straw is being told that she not have access to our previous lease or ledger of which were charges upon leaving the apartment for the final inspection. I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED TO BE PRESENT for the final inspection and she not only denied me the opportunity to be present for it but will not show proof for the "damages" done to the apartment. I have called several times and have several emails of her being neglectful and intentionally disregarding my SIMPLE requests.

I have also asked her several times to give me the information for the manager above her. I have asked for ANY PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL above her and she has NEGLECTED to give me either. For obvious reasons clearly. She has a nasty attitude and talks down to you as if you are insignificant and taunts you in a way that "her job can't be threatened so good luck, I don't care" type of manner.

While me and my boyfriend were living at this property it flooded, they never replaced the carpets and moved our neighbors to another unit "but we couldn't because it wasn't significant enough" even though it smelled like mold and the bathroom wall was severely damaged from it as well. We called to have our fire alarm changed a couple times because the battery had died and the gentleman never put in a new battery. He re-used the same one. I am well aware of fair housing and I am going to use this to the fullest extent and personally name Teresa if this is not handled.

SOON. I have proof of many things and as the days progress and still continuing to be ignored I am becoming less and less patient. I need the phone number or email to whoever is above this lady.

And if it were up to me, she would no longer have a job at least as a manager. Disgraceful
