Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. We left reviews to their local office and headquarters about our experience.
The day we signed the lease and were handed the keys, we walked into the unit and the kitchen floor was covered in water. A few months after moving in, our upstairs neighbors kitchen sink began to leak into the ceiling of our kitchen, this was half fixed since after Morgan Properties "fixed it" but then the water began redirecting itself into one of the bedrooms closets and damaging our belongings. Then not too long after, the closet that had water leaking from the ceiling had a pipe burst in the wall and began to leak into our downstairs neighbors unit. These water issues are still continuing a year and a half after moving in.
The unit above us is being remodeled after the tenants moved out and Morgan Properties hired a sub-contractor to do some work on a window we were told. This sub-contractor left the window open and took the property key with them we were also told. It began to heavily rain a day after this and our ceiling again began to fill with water, leaking and damaging our belongings yet again. The structure of their properties is concerning at this point and they have not notified any of their residents of these problems.
We have tried reaching out to our properties resident office and have only been able to contact someone two times.
Once we had an emergency we went to the residents office and the lights were off, door locked during business hours. We then contacted someone in the leasing office who walked us over to the residents office and called an employee who had been inside the whole time ignoring our knocking.

I dont really know where to start but ive never lived in a place paying almost 2000 and being harassed. So it all started from me putting a work order in the maintenence man didn't complete the work order but closed it out as if he did.
Me not knowing he did this i put in another request because days went by and he said he was coming back but never did. When this situation was addressed to him he got very angry and waited a week went to the office and reported me having a man at my place that wasn't on the lease well how would he know who's on my lease is the question. He reported my son not knowing he was on the lease and hes a teenager i got a letter on my door stating that i would be paying this ridiculous money for having someone staying with me thats not on the lease. I tried calling the office but of course no answer so i sent an email to one of the ladies that helped me with my move in.
I got a call back from the property manger i explained to her what was going on and how i felt like i couldn't put in work orders without feeling like some type of retaliation would happen. She told me they have meetings on Wednesday mornings and it would be addressed. Well come to find out this maintenence man lives directly next door to me i felt like i should had been giving an option to know that he lives next door to me and if that was ok!! He looks at me and my son funny and does more and more spiteful things.
He now has the office lady that moved me in talking crazy and slick to me. I called the office to get my mailbox number and she says oh hello is that your ubox container in a parking spot i said yes it is and nobody parks there would u like me to call uhaul to move it in a different spot she said no but u need to have it gone by Friday what?? Well weather has been bad and it was delayed im waiting to hear a time when they will be out to unload it. Oh i just so happened to be driving through the complex and seen it sure u did my neighbor the maintenance man told u im sure!!
Well anyway im transitioning from az to indinapolis i have a lot going on and been back and forth for the last six months trying to get fully moved in she knew this. So basically he got her bothering me as well im not ignoring this i dont feel safe here for me or my son the maintenance man had a conversation on the porch we share about me reporting that work orders are not being completed with another maintenence guy. Well its all recorded the whole conversation and yes i have it. Im African American hes white so im sure u know where im getting at.
He has two carports in front of our town home i have none was offered one in back of the apts. He takes his one car park in two spaces like im going to park there l wouldn't waste my time getting my vehicle towed. Im on the edge i refused to live like this i have pictures of him parking the way he does voice recordings and a whole apt full of things that need to be fixed but dont want him to step foot back in my apt so im dealing with things not working or falling apart I have pictures of everything that needs to be fixed also. I want out this lease because at this point things are going to get worse then today just made very upset with the ubox situation.
I live here pay my rent unlike him because im certain his rent is very discounted but im paying almost two grand cant get a carport but he has two!! He always watching anyone that visits me my visitors even ask why is he looking at them a certain way and how am i dealing with it on a regular!! Wow not knowing he is the maintenence man. I rather leave then to feel like someone is watching my every move.
Please know that i keep times dates recordings pictures everything. This situation needs to be addressed immediately

I sued Pointe at Stafford for slumlording and won $385 December 2015. Feb 1, 2016, they cashed the escrow check.
Feb 6, they sent me a bill for the same. Feb 7, they put me in collection. Feb 24, Terry Kirby falsely accused me of trespassing. The CA tried before the trial to have me sign a "no trespass" order and a bond.
I refused and then he came into the court and tried again before the crooked Judge Beasley (nearly impeached by the General Assembly in 2015) was reseated and then Fitzgerald sent armed, uniformed Mikel Reyna into the court for a third try. In the trial, Kirby could not remember her own dates and blurted out, "I didn't know we were even having a trial". The CA, Morgan Properties, police and judge conspired against me. At circuit, the judge tried to deny me a jury trial.
In a pretrial motion, I moved for a dismissal because there was NO verbal or written notice of anything. Corrupt Willis refused. The arrest was in Feb and in July, corrupt Robert Harris wrote a "no trespass" letter. I went back to court to dismiss and Willis refused again so I wrote to the Va Supreme Court Chief Justice Lemons and went to the FBI Richmond and made a complaint.
At trial, no one showed up but I nearly went homeless until after my record was expunged. Terry has never been arrested for making false statements because Major Sean Kimmitz and Decatur for Stafford Va are harboring these criminals even to this day.

I live in one of their Pittsburgh locations and in the last 5yrs I've been here we've had 4 different Property Managers and lastest one is the worst. I can only tell you her 1st name is Lynn because she's never introduced herself, never leaves the office and doesn't even sign emails she sends out.
But she's become very good and making up rules every day that are "in violation of the lease" but never show you where in the lease is this ? or what specifically is being violated? She's rude and has no concept of customer service. I have to wonder if Mitch Morgan whose bio states "Mitchell and his family are deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of others" really knows how his employees treat the very customers who have made his millions?
There would be no Morgan Property without our rent so lets stop treating your customers like we're in a prison or govt funded housing. We are your customers who pay for everyones salary and all the services at the properties. Start teaching your employees to understand that.
The property I am in has had people living here for 5, 10, 15 & even 20 yrs because it is a beautiful community. They have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars of their personal money into Morgan Properties and should be treated as stakeholders, not prisoners being guarded by a Warden

My mother-in-law Ruth Spagnolo who occupies unit A-512 **** Stanbridge Street Norristown is being charged $70 per month for internet usage which is unjust considering she is a senior in her 80s that has no computer and no cell phone. I also was advised she is charged a water consumption based on a two bedroom occupancy but she is only one person this also seems unjust considering there are people with 3 and 4 people to other units who are charged the same rate.
Is there any compromise that can be done to help this senior to remove these costs as she is a long time renter at this property and on a fixed income.
She has requested I reach out on her behalf to try and find a compromise for these additional costs. I would appreciate hearing from you on these matters as soon as possible to find resolution.

The guy I am seeing has been looking for a place after going through a divorce and separating from his house, and he applied at Lakewood hills. After paying them fees and putting money down for holding and ect, he was approved, was then told that if I would be staying over night at all I needed to apply and be on lease as well, which we thought was ridiculous and bull since I wasnt changing my address or anything; but I did it and paid the fee so hed have a place and then after them knowing he gave up the other place he was interested in and settled completely on this place, began getting the insurance policy and setting things up, they call and say they need to cancel the process because I had a misdemeanor 4 years ago!
And originally I was told my credit and background were not even to be ran because he was already approved, they just needed to verify me.
So now they basically stole all the money from him placing all this money into the apartment and made his miss out on the other place he had looked at, and to add in originally was told everything but electric was included in the rental price given and then once stuff was signed and ect told about these other fees that were additional and mandatory. It was a joke and wasted so much of our time, I dont see how any company can get away with this, Ive never met any place with this kind of stuff happening.

Fraudulent billing
I was living at Camp Hill Plaza Apartments for 18 months. They are doing fraudulent billing and excessive charging with poor services in those old non- updated apartments.
Once you have paid on 30/31st on the month, one is unlikely to look into the portal for a couple of weeks and that is natural.Taking advantage of this situation they charge your for 1st date of the new month and when it remains unpaid for another 5 days they add late fee of 300 $.
So when you do not pay this extra 400-500 dollars they threaten you with going to court.
For them the 1st date of the new month should also be paid. What a crafty con manager is sitting there.
They charge you for water and sewer fees per square feet of your apartment and not by usage.
They need to be reported every time and the regulatory authorities need to look into this and they be penalized.

So you’re new to the building, sending management e-mails about what’s not getting done, think they should tell you maintenance man is your neighbor and check if that’s okay and have a ubox sitting in the lot that needs removed. You are on track to not get your lease renewed if you don’t get evicted sooner.
