Maintenance issues

I have Called for three weeks about my sinks being clogged. Nobody has came out to see about the issue and i have Been calling and calling. Also my back sliding door is hard to close and i have told them about that as well.

I spoke with cooperate and they told the property manager to call me.. she called me and said as long as I gave them a notice it should not be a buy out fee if my lease was ending.. she talked to the asst mgr about proper information and just charged me 5 days for...

Love my rental company

I have to say I have not had a request that does not get fixed when I call for problems Im having in my unit it doesnt take forever to get some one here I have nothing but good words for Morgan properties the office is very professional Im the type of person if something need fixing I will reach out to the point of aggravating the staff never had to do that so I wanted to add my input and put in a review great place to live I live at the reserve at lake point in st. Petersburg Florida

Ac been broke for almost two days and no one is returning our calls

A/c keeps freezing. We use to have this issue everyone other day. They replaced the unit maybe two mths ago now its back doing the same thing. My main issue is right now Im still waiting for someone to return my call from this morning. Maintenance called back last night at 1030 and said he was on his way home and it was going to be more than 30 mins for him to come back this way, or he would come to us first thing this morning. We still havent heard back from him and no one else in maintenance. I have a two year old that lives here. As well as myself and I have asthma

My apartment is full of mold on the floor leaking Smells horrible due to the floor The floor can collapse any moment The carpet is lifted up and socked I am unable to use the living room The flood is going towards the hallway they wont do anything

My car was towed

This property management is very wicked to residence I parked my car for only 4 hrs and all they could do was to tow my car and charge me $218 .05 This is act of wickedness ***

Living conditions

Filthy. A dump! rat and roaches. Poor quality maintenance service. If you like living around people who dont give a damn about how they live; This is your place! I have yet to hear from Morgan Properties. I will never repeat this move again nor seek out MP.

Mold&mildew

Ive been to the office several times about the mold in my pantry it have the apartment smelling bad and somebody was sent down and stated they would spray paint over the mold which have to be cut out but they spray bleach over it which doesnt help a bit

@Brookdale Emergency Maintenance Sucks

Toilet overflowing-- wearing rain boots in bathroom on Friday night. I called Emergency Maintenance @9:26 pm 25 June 2021. Maintenance was so very unprofessional and verbally abusive. He said why are you calling I am in overtime-- You NEED to wait until tomorrow morning. I said Sir---- I only have one toilet. Toilet is overflowing. Don't want water to go downstairs. Maintenance Hung the phone in my ear. SMH Unbelievable!!!!
