Morgan Properties - Resident Complaint
Dear Morgan Properties, I truly regret moving to your Diamond Ridge community, this was the worst experience for me and my kids ever. In November 2017 I applied for a Townhome on Molton Way, instead I was put in a townhome on Tremaine Ct.
that was roach infested. I asked for a transfer because my daughter has chronic asthma and cannot live with roaches and I didnโt come there with roaches and didnโt want to live with them. First of all it took them 2 months to transfer me and then they charged me $300 to move, they gave me 2 move in dates which I couldnโt move because the townhome wasnโt ready and they didnโt tell me until that day. When I was finally able to move it was Jan.
3rd 2018, which they charged me an extra $200 for the 1st and 2nd when I was supposed to move the end of December. I finally moved in and been here for 3 weeks, maintenance have yet to come fix the stuff on the move in list, I didnโt have a working dryer for a week, now I have a dryer and it didnโt fit beside the wash machine so now itโs been sitting in the middle of my kitchen for 2 weeks now. I have called every day for things to be fixed and a new dryer and no one has called me back and maintenance still hasnโt been here.
This is the worst property with the worst people in the leasing office, they do not care about anyone, they brush everything off. This was the worst experience, I wish I never moved here
