The leasing office staff seems to always be rude and almost unapproachable. I walk into the office and instead of someone asking how they may help they look up at you and then ignore you unless you began stating the reason you are there.
The residential services employee never answers the phone however if you call up front they quickly say she is back there, I have a clogged sink which is backing up into my bathtub, I called unable to reach resendent services, unable to leave a voicemail, called up front left the message with a leasing agent who never gave my maintanence report so I am now into two days with a clogged sink and tub, called again today only to have to request again and be told they don't know if it will be fixed today!!!!!
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Maybe they should trying hiring professional office staff!!!!!
