i am very disturb about a raise in my water bill . I was told by property manager that it is in my lease that i sign , that may be true but is it legal to raised a tenants bill without notifying them in writing even though it is in the lease?

I feel violated ! Is this practice legal I lived in Cedar Gardens manage by Morgan Property. I have lived here through three different management companies total 14 years.

And i can truly say i am considering moving .I don't want anyone to think they can come in on my bill at anytime and raise it whether its in my lease or not! what's you take on this?

Reason of review: raising sewer service without written notice and it was about 20.00$.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

no i have a copy and the management has offer a solution . one is in effect now with parking, that helps and if i sign on again with my property I will get a 250.00 $ referral bonus .

So they did reach out to me and as long as they keep up with their end of the bargain than i might just sign on again as long as i give 60 days notice in advance with signing on again with them thats pretty good offer! And i have some changes to make with lease as well as and a couple of things in my unit i need taken care of.
