They hired the worst property manager ever in Anderson SC

The property manager in Anderson SC at Apt Station 153 used to manage another apartment i once lived in ! She stole my package of custom hair dye and dyed her hair the color that I had ordered.

Then told me my package had been picked up but first required I bring my dad who was the cosigner of my apartment with his drivers license even though the package was in my name.

She since sees me apply for apartments she has worked at and ignores my request for a tour or information and even when I've applied online and paid app fees . They can fire her or lose tenants because no one in this town likes her except for her tow truck driving husband no one likes either !

Not sure I had to text someone that text me about rent and I asked him if they could get in contact with someone and I sent him a picture he got back to me right away not customer service

Every person I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I spoke with a woman who was there during the sale of the property in 2020.

She was very helpful in answering my questions re:an eviction that showed up on a housing report from 2019.

It all worked out. I am trying to buy my first home.

When I am dealing with Property Manager everything has always been a pleasure. All my request were answered. This time when Manager was out of office & there was coverage a matter was mishandled. I'll like to speak with Upper Management regarding this matter on December 19, 2024. I believe I was blamed for this matter.
