I AM MORE THAN PISSED AFTER RESIDING ON(3)CONSECUTIVE SLUMLORD PROPERTIES LOSING “EVERYTHING” TO MY NAME, BELONGINGS AQUIRED OVER 30YRS, AFTER TRAVELING THE WORLD WE GATHER THINGS WE INHERENTLY RECIEVE THINGS ETC..THAT INSURANCE CANNOT REPLACE!!! WHICH APPEARS TO BE A CONSPIRACY BECAUSE NO MATTER THE COSTS OF INSURANCE, IRONICALLY NO CO..COVERS WATER/RODENT DAMAGE WHICH IS CLEARLY EVIDENT IN MOSTLY ALL PROPERTIES IN PG CTY LACK THEREOF!!!

WHERE’S THE JUSTICE FOR TENANTS AS PRICING HEIGHTENS, FAILURE TO MAINTAIN PROPERTY IS ABSOLUTELY INHUMANE‼In addition all five(5)side bills to include, water, gas, trash, sewage & to mention trash, which was recently redone along with the blacktop, which should hv been profited (of those who do pay online rent) towards my unit’s excellence! Most waisted upgrades were for cosmetic purposes but has bought the value down w/trash all over the place! Why not invest in the units??Meanwhile we’re paying WashGas/Pepcoit juss seems like “robbery”, nobody should hv to pay “two gas bills” or”administrative fees” when “WashGas” has expressed that they cover the whole unit addl after staff is payed by salaries, why charge the tenants$35 to do pprwk!!! The water/rodent conditions are pitiful, I had an abundant amt of clothing, shoe/boot-boxes, hat-boxes, wigs etc..as fast as they“bandaid” these conditions w/Sheetrock & paint, the mold & mildew continues to GROW on these items visibly daily..not to mention “IS EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS”, it’s awful wen ur paying rent/bills & living outta bags& payn for addl storage units juss to preserve ur everyday belongings,!!!

Ripping out all the beautiful foliage & trees made the property luk”HIDEOUS”!!! WHY DO I STAY???

I’m disabled & juss came from two other properties equivalently horrible‼I was told prior to signing a lease that these conditions were not an issue because of New Mgmt so I reluctantly hv bn here(1)14mth lease & recently signed another(14)mth lease, my health conditions are worsening, after losing(3)organs,awaiting a kidney etc it juss doesn’t allow much strength to maneuver as one with fair health, as I also care for my disabled child‼Details, receipts available upon request! PG CTY IS ONE OF THE MOST NON-TENANT FRIENDLY STATES ON THE MAP, they continue to ALLOW THESE PROPERTY OWNERS TO SLUMLORD WHILE OVERCHARGING LOW-MODERATELY INCOMED FAMILIES AN ALLTIME HIGH WITHIN THE SAME OLD BLDGS 200-300YRS OLD W/ANNUAL 1%-3% CHARGES, NO JUSTICE FOR TENANTS ARE IN PLACE & APPEARS TO NOT BE OF SIGNIFICANCE TO ANYONE WITH THE ABILITY TO CHANGE THE LAWS‼IT IS CLEARLY EVIDENT W/LIFE ON LIFES TERMS “GOD WILL DESTROY” IF IMMEDIATE CHANGES DONT TAKE PLACE
