As stated per the terms of your lease, per the Landlord Tenant Act of Maryland subtitle(s) and the Maryland Office of the Attorney General the law imposes that: You are both responsible for the balance. Legally you signed the leasing agreement as "joint and several liabilities" and for all sums.

The law & lease states that Morgan Properties as such may pursue an obligation against all parties as if you were jointly liable and it becomes the responsibility of the co-residents to sort out their respective proportions of liability and payment.

This means that: If the claimant pursues one defendant and receives payment, that defendant must then pursue the other obligors for a contribution to their share of the liability. In other words, for example: even if one tenant pays $580 for a room and another roommate pays $1,000 for a master suite, each tenant is still liable for the full $1,580.00 rent

Please pull my file and ckd the signed agreement from the mrg of Chase Lea, which she agreed with the arrangement. Plus this was just recently put on my credit, it wasn't there when I got my last apartment. As I said in the previous email, the other party isn't showing a credit markerI

We have reviewed your account and show that "We have two responsible parties for this account, Mark B. and Charles B. Both are currently being reported and neither has made any payments to date." As this has been sent to NCAC our 3rds party collection agency you will need to discuss your account with them.

Not a dime more from me,don't believe you bothered to check file for the agreement and your claim that you put on both of our credit reports is not true. There is a reason why you get bad reviews!
